Polka-Dot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth or stock
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain white rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, bring broth or stock to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
    Stir in peas and butter or margarine.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Preparation time is 25 minutes.
