Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Soften cream cheese; add pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup nuts.
Mix well and shape into ball.
Roll in 1 cup nuts.
Chill for several hours.
Serve with crackers.
Serves 10 to 15.
