Ingredients

1 lb. wide noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 apples
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix last 2 ingredients.
Set aside.
Cook noodles.
Slice apples.
Beat eggs.
Mix all ingredients (except last 2) together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
