Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c. mix)
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pie filling (blueberry, cherry or whatever you want)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
For crust, combine cake mix; keep out 1 cup.
Combine with 1 egg and oil in a large bowl (mixture will be crumbly).
Press into bottom of pan.
