Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turkey sausage
    1 (29 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (29 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 c. diced onion
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1/4 c. diced celery
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp. cumin powder
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Crumble meat into small pieces.
    In large pot, combine sausage, plus all remaining ingredients; bring to a simmer on low heat.
    Cook, stirring every 15 minutes, for 2 to 3 hours. Top with grated cheese and chopped onion.
    Serves 12.
