Pimiento Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) container fat-free Ricotta cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 oz. fat-free Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento (well drained)
Preparation
    Puree Ricotta cheese with the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion and salt.
    Stir in cheese and pimiento.
    Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
