Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/2 grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (use round butter flavored crackers)
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
