Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 to 2 large potatoes
    2 to 3 carrots
    1 large onion
    1 can mushroom or chicken soup
    grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Preheat electric skillet to 300\u00b0.
    Melt margarine.
    Put layer of thinly sliced potatoes, layer of grated carrots, layer of onion, beef, salt and pepper to taste and soup.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Add grated cheese and let melt.
