Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard, cut in pieces
    2/3 c. water
    1 egg (white only)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. (approximately) flour
Preparation
    Put into a large bowl the lard, water, egg white and salt. Add flour; stir quickly with a knife.
    Keep stirring until almost stiff enough to roll out.
    Turn out onto a kneading board; mix in a little more flour and work into a smooth dough.
    Divide into pieces the right size for one crust.
    Roll out the dough, then line the pie pans.
    If any is left, make out into tart shells.
