Pukalani Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sliced and diced onion
    3/4 lb. snow peas
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In hot wok, add oil, garlic, onion, water chestnuts and mushrooms for 4 minutes.
    Add peas, soy sauce, water and sugar. Stir.
    Cover tightly.
    Simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender but crisp.
