Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
    2 (16 oz.) cans peach slices
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    4 medium bananas, sliced
    4 medium apples, cored and chopped
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine drained fruits, bananas and apples.
    Set aside. Combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.
    Beat until blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Beat in sour cream.
    Fold into fruit mixture.
    Cover and chill.
    Can be served in lettuce cups.
