Low Calorie, Low Cholesterol Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    lemon pepper
    poultry seasoning
    stir-fry vegetables (frozen)
Preparation
    Spray wok with Pam. Add a little butter or cooking oil.
    Put the chicken pieces in the hot wok.
    Season
    with lemon pepper and poultry seasoning. Cook chicken.
    Remove chicken from wok.
    Put frozen vegetables in the wok and cook.
    Add chicken.
    Heat. Serve over rice. Serves 2 to 3 people.
