Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) pie shell, baked
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    3 heaping Tbsp. peanut butter
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until melted. Continue cooking until light syrup, about 5 minutes. In deep bowl, mix slightly beaten egg yolks, flour, cornstarch and milk. Gradually add to sugar and butter mixture, cooking on low heat until thickened.
    Add peanut butter; stir well. Place in cooked pie shell; cool. Top with whipped topping. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
