Buttermilk Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O or choice of flavors
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 or 9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pineapple and Jell-O in a microwave bowl and heat 2 minutes to dissolve Jell-O. Cool completely. Add buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended. Store in covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
