Fruit Cake Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 2/3 c. (28 oz. jar) mincemeat
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. currants
    1 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    dash of nutmeg, allspice, ground cloves and cinnamon
    1 tsp. rum flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, mincemeat, condensed
    milk,
    fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients.
    Pour into
    pan.
    Use
    a
    9-inch spring-form
    pan, butter it.
    Line it with wax paper
    and butter again.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or until center springs
    back when
    touched and top is golden. Cool;
    turn out.
    Remove paper.
