Chestertown Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat (lump or claw)
2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sharp cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
white wine to taste
Old Bay to taste
parsley to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Any ingredient may be lite or fat-free version.
Soften cream cheese.
Add mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until no lumps remain.
Stir in wine and seasonings. Fold in crabmeat, eggs and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers or bread.
