Country Skillet Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork loin or shoulder, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. bottled stir-fry sauce
    1 medium onion, cut into 3/4 chunks
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) can whole new potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
    Coat with mixture of cornstarch, pepper and garlic powder.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add pork and brown on all sides.
    Remove pan from heat.
