Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (25 oz.) pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening; add yeast and buttermilk.
    Add flour, if needed, to make a stiff dough.
    Turn onto floured board; knead slightly.
    Roll and cut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes on lightly greased baking sheet.
