Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium mushrooms
    1/2 small onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Set caps aside.
    Combine mushroom stems, onion and garlic in food processor or blender and process until finely chopped.
    Heat oil in a small skillet.
    Add mushroom mixture and saute over medium-high heat, 4 to 5 minutes. Return mushroom mixture to processor and add next 7 ingredients. Process until smooth, adding additional melted butter if necessary to make a smooth paste.
    Set aside to cool.
