Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 bunches green onions
1 red onion
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 jar picante sauce
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 can red kidney beans
1 to 2 heads lettuce
1 bag nachos
4 to 6 tomatoes
Preparation

Shred lettuce and add chopped onions, grated cheese, cooked ground beef and diced tomatoes.
Mix well.
Heat together the picante sauce and Catalina dressing.
Right before serving add nachos and sauce to the lettuce mixture.
This makes up a lot!
