Pizza Planks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf (12 inches) French bread
    1 jar (12 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) sliced pepperoni
    1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Ask an adult to assist you in splitting the loaf of bread.
    Place the bread on a cutting board.
    Carefully split bread to make a slightly hollowed loaf.
    Place each half on the baking sheet, cut sides up.
    Spoon spaghetti, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese evenly over the tops.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
