Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Cook onion in butter.
    Add pimento, soup and cheese.
    Add to peas and pour into casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
