Pastry For Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Sift together flour and salt, cut in shortening until mixture is consistency of small peas.
Sprinkle water over mixture.
Stir gently until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Knead gently.
Divide dough into ten equal pieces.
Roll each piece into 6 inch circles.
