Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 clove garlic
    2 cans tomatoes sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt, optional
    black pepper
    8 oz. noodles
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add next five ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Cook noodles in boiling water.
    While noodles are cooking, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped onions. After meat cooks and noodles are done, mix all the ingredients together, except the grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese.
    Put back in oven for a few seconds to let the cheese melt.
