Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and banana pulp and mix well. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well and stir in nuts.
    Grease and flour bread pans, 1 regular or 4 miniature pans. Bake regular loaf 1 hour at 350\u00b0; miniature loaves on cookie sheet, 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
