Never Fail Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend cornstarch with cold water.
Add hot water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened.
Cool.
Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Gradually add cooled cornstarch mixture.
Beat at high speed of mixer for one minute.
Spread on cooled pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
You can use less sugar.
