Arkansas Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg whites (unbeaten)
Preparation

Cut breasts into 1/2-inch strips.
Place strips in medium size bowl.
Stir in salt, meat tenderizer and pepper.
Marinate 15 minutes.
Add oil and cornstarch.
Marinate 15 minutes.
Add egg whites and paprika.
Marinate 15 minutes.
Fry slowly.
