Galloping Gourmet Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potato water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    salt (if potato water isn't salty)
Preparation
    Heat water to 110\u00b0.
    Mix in yeast, then add remaining ingredients.
    Set oven at 140\u00b0.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Make into loaf.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
