Mother'S Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. olive oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender or Cuisinart except oil. Add oil slowly with machine running.
Let sit in refrigerator 2 hours.
(Will keep for 3 days.)
