Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3 c. milk
    3 c. cooked spaghetti
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
Preparation
    Put butter, mushrooms, flour and seasonings in saucepan; blend.
    Add milk gradually and stir.
    Cook until thickens.
    Add chicken and spaghetti; heat thoroughly.
    Place chicken mixture into a heat-proof platter.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and brown in broiler about 7 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
