Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
3/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 c. raw rice
1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Debone chicken in large pieces.
Mix flour, chili powder and garlic salt.
Coat chicken pieces in mixture.
Saute onions and peppers in oil.
Add chicken and brown.
Add remaining ingredients, plus 1 cup water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low 45 minutes.
Check rice for doneness.
