Ritz Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar.
    Fold into cracker mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Top with whipping cream and chill.
