Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (or 2 large)
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cream
2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
chopped ham (if desired)
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Holding potato with a pot holder, cut in half and scoop out the potato to form a shell. In a bowl, beat the potato pulp with butter, salt and cream until smooth.
Add onion and ham.
Pile mixture back into shell and top with grated cheese.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
