Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 (No. 3) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; melt oleo until soft (not hot).
    Add oleo to flour and sugar.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Have 2 uncooked pie shells.
    Pour equal parts in shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    When cool, wrap in foil and put in freezer.
    Whe ready to use, set out and let come to room temperature.
