Pat'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dill weed
    3 or 4 shakes garlic
    1 medium onion
    3 eggs
    4 slices Russian rye bread (or rye bread with caraway seed)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk or water
    1/2 small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Wet the bread under water and wring out.
    Mix all but last four ingredients together, including the bread.
    Make a ball of the meat and dredge in flour.
    Brown and drain most of the grease off.
    Put meatballs in a crock-pot.
    Add soup, milk or water and sour cream.
    Pour this mixture over the meatballs and cook on low heat in the crock-pot.
