Ice Water Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. ice water
Preparation
    Cream well butter and sugar.
    Add flour, salt and ice water. Beat 4 egg whites stiff.
    Add 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
    Fold into other mixture.
    Bake in two round 9-inch pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
