Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 quarter pork loins
    salt
    pepper
    onions
    green pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry
    pork loins.
    Tenderize for 1 hour, then salt and pepper on both sides.
    Cut up half an onion.
    Put over the meat.
    Cut green pepper up and spread over the meat. Take milk and pour over each piece. Take butter and place a piece on each piece of meat.
    Put in oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make gravy from drippings.
