White Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    12 oz. white chocolate
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (your choice)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    In a double boiler or microwave, melt white chocolate. Fold into cream cheese mixture with nuts.
    Spread into a greased 8-inch baking pan.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Cut into squares. Yields about 48 pieces.
