Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 c sour cream
1/2 onion, diced and sauteed
1/4 c chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 ribs celery, diced
1 8 oz can water chestnuts, diced
1 c cooked rice
1-2 rolls ritz crackers
1/2 c melted margarine
Preparation

Heat soup, add broth. Mix in other ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Crush 1 or 2 rolls ritz crackers. Mix with 1 stick melted margarine.
Place on top of casserole and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
