Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
Preparation

Drain oranges and pineapple; set aside.
Soften cream cheese and combine with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle Jell-O over mixture, then fold in oranges and pineapple.
Add cottage cheese; mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Serves 12 to 15.
