Chicken Torino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (boned and skinless)
    2 c. olive oil
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
    6 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. rosemary
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Insure chicken is boned and pounded.
    Mix all other ingredients into shallow ovenproof dish.
    Add chicken and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Turn occasionally.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Remove 1/2 of marinade.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Serve.
