Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

8 chicken thighs
2 pkg. Club crackers or Ritz
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 carton sour cream (small size)
Preparation

Boil chicken thighs with salt and 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning until done.
Crush crackers and spread part of them on bottom of buttered long Pyrex dish.
Cut chicken up and spread on top of crackers.
Melt margarine; add soup, broth and sour cream in a pot and mix well.
Pour this mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly (15 minutes), then cover with foil.
Cook 25 more minutes.
Remove foil and let brown.
