Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. diced ham
    3 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    pepper to taste
    nutmeg to taste
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Spread ham and 1/2 cup cheese on bottom of pie crust.
    Mix remaining ingredients except butter and pour in pie shell. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over mixture and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Allow to cool for 30 minutes after baking and sprinkle nutmeg and pepper on top.
