Mushroom And Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken or turkey giblets
    2 large onions
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Boil giblets in water (enough to cover).
    Simmer until tender. When cool, shred all meat from neck and cut up remaining giblets in small pieces.
    Brown onions in oil or fat, then add mushrooms and giblets.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Simmer for awhile. Add cooked rice and serve hot.
    May be used as a separate dish or as a stuffing for poultry.
