Cholesterol Free Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 c. hot water
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. corn oil margarine
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Sprinkle Sweet
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
3/4 c. flour
dash of lite salt
Preparation

Mix cornmeal, flour, sweetener, salt and margarine in bowl. Add hot water and stir until all is mixed together.
Mix the baking powder with 1/4 cup of skim milk and add to mixture.
Add Egg Beaters and rest of milk.
Bake in pan approximately 8 x 11-inch for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
