Sour Cream Potato Soup * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, diced into small chunks
    1 large carrot, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour (level Tbsp.)
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cover potatoes, carrot and onion with 4 cups water.
    Add salt and boil about 40 minutes, covered.
    Thicken with flour.
    Add sour cream and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
    This cannot be frozen.
