Holiday Leg Of Lamb(French Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leg of lamb
    fresh garlic
    fresh rosemary leaves
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Let leg of lamb reach room temperature.
    Pierce to bone with narrow knife every 2-inches and insert small whole or large half cloves of fresh peeled garlic.
    Liberally cover all sides with garlic salt, then fresh rosemary leaves.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Place lamb on a roasting pan and cook for 40 minutes.
    Turn oven off.
    Do not open oven door for 3 hours.
    Lamb will be juicy and tender, medium rare.
    Serve with French mustard.
