Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 pkg. yellow saffron rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    American cheese to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    Saute pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add tomatoes to pepper and onion mixture. Add crawfish tails and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cooked rice.
    Put mixture in buttered casserole dish. Top with slices of cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
