Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil or vegetable oil
    4 carrots
    4 potatoes
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    dried thyme
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a shallow baking sheet. The pan should hold all the food in a single layer, with a little space between.
    Wash and cut potatoes in 3-inch chunks.
    Place carrots and potatoes on baking pan and sprinkle with a little oil. Toss to coat.
    Add pork chops.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and about 1 teaspoon thyme.
    Bake 40 minutes.
