Pat'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large onions, chopped fine
2 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper
1 stick butter
1 c. whole milk
Preparation
-
Add potatoes, onions and water in a large pot.
Bring to boil. Add salt and pepper.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Mash in pot. Add butter and milk and cook until flavor mixes and butter melts.
Serve hot with crackers or corn bread.
